Cancellation Policy

Mobile Footcare Booking & Cancellation Policy 1. Scheduling & Travel • Service Radius: We provide mobile footcare within a 10 mile radius of Wotton Under Edge. Visits outside this radius may incur an additional travel surcharge. • Appointment Windows: Please allow a 30-minute buffer for your scheduled appointment time to account for traffic and travel between clients. We will send a courtesy text or call when we are on our way. • Home Environment: To ensure safe and effective treatment, please ensure we have access to a well-lit space, a clear area for our portable equipment, and a standard, sturdy chair. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling • We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise, but because our time is dedicated specifically to you, late cancellations make it difficult to fill timeslots. • Notice Period: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Late Cancellation Fee: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total treatment cost. • No-Shows: If you are not home at the time of your scheduled visit without prior notice, the full treatment fee will apply. 3. Late Arrivals • If you or the practitioner are running late, the treatment time may be reduced to prevent delays for subsequent clients. However, the full appointment fee will still stand. 4. Payments • Accepted Forms: Payment is due at the end of each home visit. We accept cash or all major debit/credit cards via our portable card terminal. • Deposit Option: For new clients, we may require a secure card payment on booking to secure your first appointment slot. 5. Initial Consultations & Medical History • For new clients, please have an up-to-date list of your current medications and medical history ready for your initial assessment.
