Initial Assessment
Your appointment offers a calm, attentive check of your overall foot health. We’ll assess nerve function and circulation, giving you a clear understanding of how your feet are doing and what care or support may be helpful.
You’ll also receive thoughtful routine treatment, including nail cutting and filing, along with gentle removal of callus and corns.
Appointments can last up to 90 minutes, allowing time for careful assessment and comfortable, unhurried care.
Routine Care
Routine foot care provides gentle, essential maintenance to keep your feet comfortable and healthy. This includes cutting and filing nails, reducing callus, and treating corns with care and precision. Each appointment is carried out in a calm, supportive environment, giving you time to relax while your practitioner ensures your feet feel lighter, smoother, and well looked after.
Routine care is ideal for ongoing comfort, prevention of common foot problems, and maintaining overall foot wellbeing.
Additional Footcare services
Sometimes your feet need a little extra attention beyond routine care. Additional treatments are offered when needed to address specific concerns and support your overall foot health. These may include thickened nail reduction, ingrown toenail management, verruca treatment, or specialist care for fungal infections.
Each service is provided with care, clarity, and comfort in mind, ensuring you receive the right treatment at the right time. Your practitioner will talk through any recommended options so you feel informed, supported, and confident in your ongoing foot health.

After more than 40 years working as a nurse, specialising in occupational health, I’ve seen first‑hand how much our feet influence our mobility, confidence, and independence. That understanding is at the heart of the care I provide today.
